American Legion Auxiliary

Members are  mothers, daughters, granddaughters, grandmothers, female veterans, and military spouse (Women or Men) of the American Legion. Sons of the American Legion

The Sons of the American Legion is a program of The American Legion and is made up of all male descendants, adopted sons and stepsons of members of The American Legion, and such male descendants of veterans who died in service during World I,World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, Lebanon, Grenada, Panama, the Persian Gulf War and the War on Terrorism.  The mission of the SAL is to supprt the principals of the American Legion with their primary charity being The American Legion Child Welfare Foundation.

American Legion Riders

Membership in The American Legion Riders is made up of current members of the American Legion, The American Legion Auxiliary and the Sons of The American Legion.  American Legion Riders chapters are well known for their charitable work, which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local children's hospitals, schools, veterans homes, severely wounded servicemembers and scholarships. Since 2006, Riders nationwide have participated in The American Legion Legacy Run to annually raise money for the Legacy Scholarship Fund, established to provide scholarships to children of U.S. military personnel killed since Sept. 11, 2001.
